Make a content decision easy to reconstruct

Work through the task
1. Preserve both versions
Keep the original and revised asset with stable names. A final image alone does not show why the content changed.
2. Connect the reasoning
Tie each finding to the exact claim and each revision to the finding it resolves. Record any remaining limitation or disagreement.
3. Export and inspect
The workspace offers review-record exports. Open the export and check that scope, evidence, and sign-off remain understandable outside the app.
