Here's how it actually works.
Every game has a house edge. It's how the business works. Knowing the edge helps you pick your games and set your budget.
Start with a design that fits your program. Try your name, colors, and voice on a page that helps players understand the games they play and the choices they have.
Explore the gallery to shape your website, or download the starter HTML to edit and host a self-contained page yourself.
Copy, edit, and publish the starter template for free under CC0. The HTML needs no build step; game scope, local disclosures, translations, and working service links still need review.

About the starter template
This template starts from what a player needs. It explains the underlying math, names the common myths, and makes setting a limit feel like a feature, not a punishment.
The result is useful player education rather than a page designed only to satisfy a compliance requirement.
Every game has math. Every player has choices. Know the odds, use the tools, and decide what works for you.

Starter HTML preview
The complete template is running below. Switch between desktop and mobile, then try the odds explorer and myth quiz. Player-tool links are examples until connected to your services.
The template is one HTML file (402.8 KiB), with its scripts and quiz data embedded. Load it here to try the odds explorer, myth quiz, and player tools in place.
The preview runs the downloadable template in an iframe. The explorer and quiz are demonstrations. Tool, support, and exclusion links need your working services and verified destinations. Preview interactions are not saved here.
What’s inside
The page moves a visitor from a single question to the odds, the myths, the tools, and, if needed, information about taking a break and finding support. The sections below are included in the downloadable file.
Opening
A single question directs players to the information they need next: the odds or the limit-setting tools. There is no long policy page to work through first.
Odds explorer
An interactive explorer with example game figures. Match each figure to the actual game, rules, paytable, and assumptions before publication.
Myth quiz
A short myth-versus-math quiz that names the belief, corrects it, and tracks progress. It teaches the reasoning, not just the answer.
Player tools
Cards explain account tools and link to configurable destinations. The HTML does not create or enforce account limits, session monitoring, or player dashboards.
Take a break
An introduction to breaks and self-exclusion. Connect it to the actual eligibility, terms, confirmation, enforcement, and support process; this static page cannot exclude a player.
Support
The helpline, chat, and text lines up front, with additional resources such as Gamblers Anonymous and GamTalk. Replace the example contacts with verified local channels, hours, and destinations.

The player interface and all 20 quiz questions have English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Arabic editions, with right-to-left Arabic layout. Game-figure cards and linked guides are English. The operator tour and brand panel are also English. The brand panel selects language from the primary jurisdiction in an uploaded _brand.yml. Translations still need native-speaker review; language selection does not establish local approval.
An optional tour overlay steps a first-time visitor through the page, so the tools are discovered rather than buried.
A built-in panel loads _brand.yml and brand CSS for a preview. Export those settings separately from the configurator, and review the resulting content, contacts, links, and notices.
The core styles, scripts, icons, quiz editions and game data are embedded. Local font fallbacks work without a font download; choosing language or brand settings can request optional Google Fonts. Source links, full guides and account services require their own destinations. No build step is needed to use the generated HTML.
